We are based out of Waynesville, Ohio in Warren County. We routinely operate within 60 miles or 1 hour of the local area. We do offer services outside of that radius depending on the size and specifics of the job. 

If you have hired an excavator to do work on your property, by law, it is the responsibility of the excavator to submit the one-call notification. For more information, please refer to Ohio Revised Code 3781.25 (K) if you have any questions or need clarification.

- No matter the job, the Contractor is 100% responsibile for submitting the 811 Utility ticket. Once the estimate is accepted and approximately one week before work occurs, HaleRazor will submit the ticket. 

- Only publically installed utilities will be marked. It is the homeowners responsibility to have privately owned utiltiies marked. 

-  Private Utility LinesPrivately installed utility lines may not be marked by OHIO811 member facility owners and would be the owners’ responsibility to mark. Facility owners determine where public utility lines end, and the private utility lines begin. Responsibility for public line maintenance typically ends at the meter, ground transformer, and shutoff valve or termination box. Beyond those demarcation points, utility service lines, are considered to be privately owned and, as such, it is the property owners' responsibility to have those lines marked as necessary.
